We are under no obligation to accept "returned" goods. If goods are faulty and are returned with proof of purchase then a refund will be given. If goods are returned (and are not faulty) then, at our discretion, we can provide the customer with a credit note to the full value of initial transaction. This would need to be done within 14 days of purchase and proof of purchase/receipt necessary.
(NB – earrings, unless faulty, cannot be returned/exchanged due to hygiene control)
